What is the difference between your various pomades?
Our Original Hold Pomade provides a medium grip and medium shine for traditional styles, while our Firme (Strong) Hold is designed for thicker, unmanageable hair that requires maximum staying power. We also offer Matte Pomade for a natural, no-shine finish.
How do I wash Suavecito Pomade out of my hair?
All of our signature pomades are water-soluble, meaning they wash out completely with just water. No special shampoos or harsh scrubbing are required to remove the product.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by location.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns on most unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
